I started personal training with Jason in August 2014, and I've never looked back! After just 6 months of dedicated fitness coaching, I have lost over a stone, gained incredible strength, and achieved a well-defined and toned physique. Before I signed up for a 12-week body transformation with Jason, I had experience with both one-on-one personal training and group training. I also trained regularly on my own for the last two years. I was driven to achieve a Bikini body but didn’t know how to train effectively to earn it. When I mentioned this to my friend, they referred me to Jason. That’s when I discovered his 12-week transformation program, which came at the perfect time! I knew it was a golden opportunity for me to test my limits and explore whether I enjoyed training for fitness competitions and modeling.


I was accustomed to intense workouts, relishing the feeling of finishing a session covered in sweat and experiencing good muscle soreness in the days following. However, I had never managed to see the definition in my abdominals. Jason created a training plan that I found easy to follow outside of our personal training sessions. The only challenge I faced was a shoulder injury that occurred a month before starting the body transformation program. Jason provided me with several exercise alternatives, but I had to avoid most shoulder and chest exercises, which was quite frustrating!


My training's effectiveness was largely due to a strict diet, which involved meal-planning and weighing macronutrients. This required significant self-discipline and organization. The last two weeks before “Day D” were the most challenging! During that time, I had to push through mental barriers, mood swings, and the signals from my body. I was counting down the days to the photo shoot. Fortunately, Jason was incredibly supportive, which I needed more than ever! I was grateful for his text messages checking in on my progress, reminding me that “it will be worth it.” I admit I had some doubts and occasionally slipped on my diet when my energy levels dipped. On the final day, I wished I had adhered to the diet 100%, as the results could have been even better. Overall, I consider it an incredible experience where I learned that I can surpass my limits. The key takeaway from this journey is that “there are no limits; we create them ourselves.”

Coming back from holiday, I felt very relaxed but upset with how far I had let myself go. I had gained so much fat over the last few months, and I knew a body transformation was necessary to get myself back into shape. A 12 Week Body Transformation program was in order, and having a clearly designed fitness coaching plan that was easy to follow enabled me to focus on the hard work in the gym and the kitchen. I really liked the way the personal training program was broken down into three distinct phases, which kept it interesting for me. As soon as my body started to adapt to one training style, it would get challenged in a new way.


This meant I was never bored and constantly seeing results. By week 8, my abs were starting to come through, and I was very pleased with my hard work. I was back to how I was pre-holiday, with 4 weeks still to go, and that inspired me even more to get in the best shape of my life. I honestly never believed I could look the way I did, and I still find it hard to believe when I look at the photos. I would recommend this to anyone looking to achieve the shape of their life.


Having a clearly defined route and a tangible goal made focusing on and sticking to the target a simple task.

I was relocated to London with my work and searched for a personal trainer in London who had all the credentials for effective fitness coaching. Training with Jason has not only led to a significant body transformation but has also completely changed the way I see myself and my lifestyle. 


Before I began personal training with Jason, I had many bad habits and often felt tired. Just after a month of training, I could see and feel a significant change. Even though I had to wake up earlier than before to attend my training sessions, I felt more energized than ever.

I contacted Jason early in 2015 while prepping for a Bikini Show with a major company. With only 5 weeks left, I was in the crucial stages of cutting and toning, but I struggled to find enthusiasm in the gym. This lack of motivation had a domino effect on my training, affecting both my workouts and my diet. I felt like I couldn't push myself anymore.


After booking a personal training session with Jason, my attitude completely changed. His fitness coaching really brought out the best in me. “Having trained for many, many years, I was always in ‘ok’ shape. The gym part was relatively easy, but it reached a point where I was just running through the motions without a real tangible goal to focus on. That’s where Jason’s fitness coaching came into play. He provided a full training plan every day for the entire 12 weeks. However, it was more than just personal training; the comprehensive daily meal plan was, I believe, the real key to my body transformation. I ended up in the best shape of my life and couldn’t be more thrilled. The continued support and check-ins from Jason were crucial in keeping my focus, along with the direct support during our sessions, pushing me to complete those extra reps and give my best until the final minute. It was tough, but I had a date in mind, and with the support of friends, family, and Jason, I finally completed the 12 weeks. My plan now is to maintain the condition I'm in and work on adding more size and muscle.
